I have Airtel Xtreme Broadband connection at home. The Wi-Fi is not working since December 1st,2025. I raised a complaint with the Airtel Customer Care on 01/12/2025 at 8.14pm. I have been following up with the customer care people, Appellate authority since 02/12/2025 but there is no response from their side. they assigned a technician and shared his mobile number. Till today (05/12/2025) he didn't pick up the call. Sometimes i receive a call from Airtel Cyber support team and they will tell soon it will be resolved. It's just to console the customer and nothing has happened. I have written several mails and even copied CEO in the mail. Issue is still persisting. I am mentally disturbed because of their irresponsible and worst service. I need compensation from airtel for mentally torturing me.
