Hi I have recharged my phone number 9876672995 with ₹ 979 on 28 September..By mistake my mobile was converted to post paid but with request again it was converted to prepaid.
But with nil balance, so I have recharged with ₹199.
Question is that where is my 979&money. It should have come back to my mobile recharge.
As per conversation with customer care it should have come with in 48 hrs.
Kindly do the needful to avoid approaching consumer court.
