Dear Team,
My prepaid number has been with me for the past 15 years, but it suddenly deactivated on 10-November-2025 without any appropriate reason or my consent or request. I had the proper validity and all verification done has per my knowledge.
I approached Airtel store for the same and not got any explanation or solution to the issue. Then approached Airtel appellate authority through Email regarding this issue and asked for the appropriate reason for permanently deactivating the number.
Appellate authority of Airtel conversed through mail and assured look into the issue and kept me waiting every time I approached for the response and they always stated the procedure for reactivation, also mentioned the number in question is subjected to availability, without providing appropriate reason for deactivation. I kept pursuing them to provide appropriate reason for deactivation which they failed to do until till to date I have been kept waiting.
The number is very much part of daily needs and also for many services including my bank and other services. I suffered a great deal because of this, because I have to everything in cash transaction also missed so many matters for the same reason.
I wanted to file a complaint for the deficiency of Service on part of Airtel. I welcome suggestions and assistance to the same.
