I recently did a 1 year Airtel recharge for my prepaid number 98862989150. After that I stopped getting any SMS. I did not have any roaming package earlier. I used to recharge for Rs. 195 every month and used to get SMS. As I recharged for 1 year, I was expecting the same to continue which did not happen. I have written multiple times to airtel helpline number and appellate kk but they keep on sending me the same solution to recharge for another amount for International roaming. I dont need international roaming. All I need is SMS receiving option to be enabled. I asked for a refund for the yearly amount so that I can recharge on a monthly basis and keep on using the SMS service. They keep on sending same message without resolution. Please help.
