Hello Sir,
Airtel have given a 699rs/month plan for Broadband and IPTV together for which and request was done on 6.Jun and broadband installation was completed but the IPTV installation is pending since 6.Jun with unnecessary delaying of installation itself always giving reason will resolve issue within 24-48 hrs but till now it's unresolved.
Broadband and IPTV deposit amount - 2500rs.
I want the installation to be completed as a single plan - 699Rs for both Broadband and IPTV
Airtel request id : GSEDYS2CRH for IPTV request.

Thread 'JioFiber Installation Fraudulent'

On the date of 30/03/2025 Jioiber team contact myself Mahika Goswami (30) for internet connect, i agreed for connection. They assured installation on 31/03/2025. Ashish installation techinician came on the same day 31/03/2025 and charged payment by confirming order by KYC registration and payment of Rs. 1111 in Credpay UPI and assured installation will be completed in 1-2hrs. After some time he told us that there is no port so they cannot proeed with the installation. SO we asked for the refund and proceed the cancellation as we wanted jiofiber only. He told us it will get cancelled...
