i have raised about 6 complaints regarding the same issue that my network speeds are non existent at lik 30kbps and they have closed all 6 of them without a single call from their end or resolution.So i refused to pay for my next bill but they insist that i pay off of the virtue that my connection is postpaid.It has been a month i still see no progress towards my complaint.I dont see a single reason to pay the bill.They say i have to pay my entire bill because i used my call and sms service and that no waiver will be provided either.
