Mr. Awadesh informed me that if my connection is locked, my refund will be processed after deducting certain charges.
However, my Airtel Wi-Fi has not been working since the day it was installed. If the service has never worked properly from the beginning, why should any amount be deducted from my refund? Why should I bear the cost when the installation itself was not completed properly?
If even a single rupee is deducted from my refund, I will take appropriate action.
Since yesterday, I have been repeatedly told that the issue is being discussed and that my Airtel Wi-Fi will be fixed today. However, I have not received any proper response or resolution so far.
If I had known in advance that the service would be this poor, I would never have opted for the installation.
My experience with Airtel Wi-Fi has been extremely disappointing.
Please let me know by when my Wi-Fi connection will be fixed. If it cannot be resolved, I want a full refund of the amount I paid, without any deduction.
I am also sharing the screenshots of all the payments I made as proof.
I have shared the payment details. I paid ₹1,500 by scanning the official Airtel company QR code and ₹450 to the technician's mobile number. I have already shared the screenshots of both transactions as proof.
