I am filing this complaint against Airtel regarding the failure to provide the promised airtel IPTV installation despite taking an advance payment.

On 20 June, I paid ₹500 as an advance for Airtel IPTV installation after being contacted by Airtel. Since the payment, no technician has visited my premises and the installation has never been completed.

I have sent multiple emails to Airtel requesting installation and, later, cancellation with a refund. Instead of addressing my concerns, Airtel has repeatedly sent the same automated response stating that my request is receiving immediate attention and that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours. Despite these assurances, no installation has been carried out, no refund has been processed, and my cancellation request has been ignored.

This has caused unnecessary delay, inconvenience, and frustration. Airtel has failed to provide the promised service while retaining my advance payment.

I request that Airtel immediately:

1. Cancel my IPTV installation request.
2. Refund the ₹500 advance payment.
3. Confirm the refund in writing.

I have preserved the payment proof and the complete email correspondence, which clearly shows repeated assurances without any resolution.
