Hi Consumer court,
This complaint is against airtel wifi in my location Chakdaha, Nadia, west bengal, 741222. This happens quietoften the internet gets disconnected and suddenly only one message from airtel that " We are facing outage and it will be resolved in 5-6 hours this happens quiet often and I am qorking from home so internet is necessary for me. This kind of poor service is not acceptable. I recharged yesterday the amount of 842, I want to waive of my recharge amount. The airtel number is 9239315151 from which the broadband is running.
