Airtel Black Bill generated of suspected service

Hi, i have taken wifi and dth connection of 2500rs for 5 months. i did called many time to customer care to drop my connection due to am not using this they are not listening, and bill are generating continuous whereas service is suspected from 1 month. and again on 23 jun 2025 i have received call from no 8204261480 of executive call time 21.15 minus he said you have to pay 516 rs and you due bill will be cleared till today and i send application to team for drop your connection and i paid. he given the no of customer care-9810012345 to connect call on tomorrow for verify for the connect and i call on given no they said your connect are continuing and your bill is pending 1 month more something 600rs. i was socked and i said to him about yesterday discussion of one executive but he is not aware of this and not want to listening, again he said you have to pay then your connection will be withdraw.

I want to drop my connection immediately and want to understand my connection is suspected and no service are receiving why bill are generating continues and why your executive not listening to drop the connection. i paid 516 rs without service for cleared dues and drop my connection.
