I have recharge my phone multiple time with unlimited 5g, pack but I can't able to get the benefit of the same, while checking in airtel thanks app it's showing your phone was incompatible, but phone is available in the list, my phone
working in jio 5g, but in airtel not working, to resolve this issue I called to customer care but they are just making excuses for the same, customer care suggested i need to upgrade sim in 5g, i need to file case against airtel to betrayed to customer and making fake advertisement of 5g, and making fools to customer care by IVR and chat boot syt3m
