My flight is from NAG to Riyadh. I received my baggage at Riyadh Airport. I noticed that one of the bags was badly damaged, and I immediately filed a report at the airport's report desk. And after a few days I got a call from the airlines that we cannot give you the refund of the amount of 250 SAR that you have claimed; instead, you get it repaired for 70 SAR. I asked them to take the bag and get it repaired for me, and then they refused to do so. I have raised the issue with appellateauthority@airindia.com but not response. I have raised a multiple grievances in airsewa. but they are closing all my tickets by compensating 70 SAR which is not acceptable to me because bag is damaged very badly so it can't be repaired and the new bag will not come on 70 SAR.
This issue they are draging from past one month by replying the same msg.
I am attaching the Airsewa tickets details along with baggage damage picture and airport report. Please need your support to file a complaint against airlines for not providing the compensation and mentally harassing the passenger. If you need anyother details then please let me know
