I have purchased a air cooler brand Symphony model Jumbo through flipkart on 12 Jun 26. The same is delivered to me on 13 Jun 26. After delivery when I started the cooler, the very high sound was coming from it and there was a water leakage also. A return request was made by me to flipkart but unfortunately the same was denied and it was told by flipkart that I have to contact to Symphony customer care for any technical assistance. Same day I tried to lodge a complaint with Symphony WhatsApp number but there was no option to lodge complaint. Again on 23 jun 26 I lodge a complaint regarding the problem as mentioned above and I was given complaint number AH23062602087. No body attending the call on toll free number and no technical support was provided to me. It a big scam being sold to the customer by Symphony company. Now I need a refund for my item. I can not hold this item anymore
