I am writing this as a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service I received from your chat support team.
My experience with your support agents, especially Suomili and another agent name is Enosh was completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected from Amazon.
I specifically chose Chat Support because that was my preferred method of communication. However, without my consent or even asking for my preference, the first agent transferred me to Call Support, which I never requested. To make matters worse, the agent abruptly disconnected the chat instead of resolving my issue or ensuring a smooth handover. This showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time.
After reconnecting, the second agent was no better. Instead of understanding my concern and taking ownership of the issue, I received nothing but repetitive, scripted, generic responses that had no relation to my actual problem. It was obvious that neither agent made any genuine effort to investigate or resolve my case.
As a customer, I expect support representatives to listen carefully, communicate respectfully, and work toward a proper resolution. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. Your chat support team wasted my time, failed to resolve the issue, and left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
This is not the level of service I expect from a company like Amazon. Your support agents should be properly trained to handle customer concerns professionally instead of transferring customers unnecessarily, disconnecting chats, and relying on copy-paste responses.
I request that:
I expect a prompt response and a genuine resolution. I sincerely hope Amazon takes customer feedback seriously and improves the quality of its chat support, because no customer should have to go through such an unprofessional experience.
