I have been using my Ola S1 Pro for the past two years. In June, I received the Move OS 5 update, which unfortunately failed to install. Since then, my scooter has been unable to start.

I have raised multiple complaints regarding this issue since July and even taken my scooter to the nearest Ola service center. However, the service center is now closed, and I have still not received any support or resolution from your team.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a solution at the earliest, as my scooter has been unusable for several months.
