I had ordered a shoe on Adidas online shopping, the shoe was not as expected hence I placed a return request. The return has been picked up and I have proof for the pick up as well , but the adidas website shows "Not picked up" and has cancelled the pick up. I called the customer care and raised the complaint. The raised another pick up request and now after a week it is again cancelled. This is the worst behavior I have seen. Their customer care number also gets connected after 30 minutes. There is no resolution to my complaint at all. The order ID is Order AIN90115529 and the return IDs are Return 8005123865 and Return 8005131429. The bluedart (the agency adidas has hired for their pick ups) pick up number ID is 90109863944 which shows picked up.
