Hi I have an plan for 6 months which is valid until 10th June, and I have requested for change of plan on 8th June and paid for next 6 months which they've informed there will be a new router installed for this new plan. It's 16 June today and they suspended my account stating non payment of bills although I paid and router delivery is pending. When I called the customer care, she was rude stating.. I can't do anything and now I am here without the internet.
