My Self Harit Kajiwala & i have been using ACT Fiber net Since 2021 My account Number is 117544074466.
Since last one year I have been facing too many issues with the ACT fiber net. Your Engineering team is not able to provide a solution in a timely manner and they are not even picking up the call.
I have once tried to discontinue services also but at that time i received assurance from team members but not when again issues arise they are not reachable now.
I still didn't get my Refund of Rs, 1828.09 and Who closed my complaint without Giving Refund?
I have Submitted the Modem also and i have acknowledgement slip also for it. but ACT fiber net saying they didn't Get any Modem back.
