At the point of selling Health policy ACKO did not provided the information and these T& C.
this is fully Cheating and Fraud/scam with me it caused me mental, financial harassment, i am demanding full refund with full compensation as you had totally neglected and caused huge loss & played with emotions with mine.
Kindly remove the clause of 5 lakh deductible
What is the point or benefit of health insurance policy which needs to pay from pocket and just paying premium.
The policy need to cover all IPD related amounts.

Why you not clarified at the time of top up all this terms and conditions and scenarios.
