Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a complaint registered for my Acer Ultra Series 55-inch TV purchased from Flipkart. Despite assurances from your team, my issue remains unresolved for over 40 days.
Details of the purchase and complaint:
Product: Acer Ultra Series 55-inch TV
Delivery Date: october 12 2025
Order Number : OD435684990977602100
Issue:
Approximately six months after purchase, the TV panel developed a fault and the TV is no longer turning on. A technician visited my home and confirmed the panel was defective. The technician informed me that approval from Acer/Flipkart was required, and he returned without fixing the issue.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any resolution. Flipkart customer care assured me that the issue would be resolved by May 31 and marked it as high priority, yet I have not received any further communication from Flipkart or Acer.
I have already uploaded the job sheet provided by the technician via the link shared by Flipkart and i attached the screenshot in this mail. I also have the original purchase bill and other supporting documents ready to share if required.
It is extremely disappointing that a high-value purchase like this is left unresolved for such a long period, reflecting poorly on Flipkart’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
I request immediate action to either:
Replace the defective TV panel, or
Provide a replacement TV of the same model.
Please treat this as an urgent matter and provide me a clear resolution timeline within 5 business days.
