I am submitting this complaint against AccioJob regarding the denial of my refund request.
I joined the AccioJob course on 10 August 2024. On the same day, I paid an initial admission fee of Rs. 3,000. Later, on 20 August 2024, I paid the remaining Rs. 2,000, making the total admission fee Rs. 5,000.
AccioJob arranged an education loan of Rs. 58,844 through Propelld Finance. According to the records, I received the loan terms from Propelld on 11 August 2024 at 8:05 PM. The loan process started at 8:28 PM and was completed at 9:00 PM, meaning the entire loan process was completed within approximately 55 minutes.
The detailed AccioJob Terms and Conditions were shared with me only on 21 August 2024 at 1:39 PM, after the loan amount had already been disbursed to the institute. I believe I was not given sufficient time or opportunity to fully understand the implications of the loan and refund policy before the loan was finalized.
Unfortunately, soon after joining the course, I developed a serious eye problem. I underwent treatment for approximately five months. Because of this medical condition, I was unable to attend even a single day of the course. I never benefited from the course, never completed any classes, and was unable to continue due to genuine medical reasons.
Within about two months of joining, I informed AccioJob about my medical condition and requested a refund. However, they refused my request, stating that "Refund is not possible" and repeatedly asked me to continue the course instead.
At present, my eye condition has improved. However, I continue to suffer from frequent headaches and I am unable to continue laptop-based learning. Therefore, I am not interested in continuing the course.
Despite not attending the course even for a single day, I am still burdened with the education loan of Rs. 58,844 and I am paying EMI by borrowing money from others. This has caused severe financial hardship and mental stress to me and my family.
I respectfully request that AccioJob reconsider my case based on my genuine medical circumstances, cancel my enrollment, and provide a fair refund or settlement. I also request that the concerned authorities examine whether proper information regarding the loan process and refund policy was provided before the loan was completed.
I am attaching all relevant documents, including medical records, payment receipts, loan documents, refund request communications, and other supporting evidence.
I sincerely request your intervention to help resolve this matter fairly and provide appropriate relief.
