Respected Sir / Madam,
This is to prey and complaint as under:
1) I have an account in Axis bank no. 911010040902672 which is under debit frozen condition since about 1 year and the matter was already under legal proceedings.
2) On July 1 2026, my login to bank account as been blocked by the bank without any reason and information. As an authorized owner of the bank I have full right to access view only saving account via mobile app and internet banking. Even after escallating matters to Axis authorities many times and visiting branch every time via email they say need 4 to 5 working days to resolve the matter and during personal visit managers not giving answers the reason.
Being an responsible Indian citizen I have full right to view status of my account even if it was under frozen state but since more that about 2 months No body in the bank taking responsibility of replying properly.
Attaching copies of communication with bank since starting and requesting hereby to please help me.
