service complaint was registered on 13.07.2026 for our AC, which is not functioning properly. However, despite your stated Turnaround Time (TAT) of 48 hours, no technician has visited our location to date. Furthermore, your customer care team has been unable to provide an expected visit date or guide us on the appropriate escalation matrix.
Additionally, during the installation carried out on 31.05.2026, the installation partner damaged a component of the AC. At that time, he were assured that the damaged part would be replaced later; however, no action has been taken so far.
We would also like to highlight that Mr. Karan, your service partner in Palwal, has neither been addressing the issue nor responding to our phone calls.
We request you to treat this matter as urgent and arrange for the immediate repair of our AC, along with the replacement of the damaged part. Kindly share a firm resolution timeline and the escalation contact details at the earliest.
