Hi ..This is dileep from hyderabad,uppal. I taken an AC real me tech life in flip kart. The AC was delivered on 9th of May. After many follow-ups, the AC was installed on 15th of this month. However, from the date of installation, the AC has not been working. The technician informed me that error code E6 is being displayed and the outdoor unit is not working.
I requested a return for the product on 17th of may, but till now no technician has resolved the issue and there is no proper update regarding the return process. The return request is still on hold and the product remains in non-working condition.
Mr. Ratnakar, who is the in-charge person for Ekart services (logistics)in my location (Uppal),phone no.:+91 95151 71916 is neither responding nor showing interest in resolving the issue. I called him many times. He has not a minimum responsibility to pick my calls. I complaint flipkarp customer care more than 20 times in the month but issue was not resolved . Still the product is in non working condition.
As a BLACK Membership customer this has been a very bad experience for me after purchasing the product. It has been almost one month that I have been struggling to get this issue resolved. Kindly take immediate action and complete either the repair, replacement, or refund process without further delay.
