I've ordered ac from Flipkart whose installation was scheduled on 9th of June, its 10th of June and till now no technician is assigned and the company is Asking me to wait further, stating they will get back to me on 12th of June or the CONCERNED TEAM will get back to me when it appease them. On asking to return the ac, the company stated it's not in their policy that without installation the ac can't be returned.
So they can delay the installation but I can't return the ac.
Waiting for the ac installation is in this intense heat is very cruel and completely defying my laws

Even the company is saying they can't pick up the product without installation, anyhow I'm bound to pay installation and uninstallation charges
Talked with customer care executive Gauri as per her I have to wait till 13 and still can't guarantee that 13 will be the day when ac gets installed
