Hii my name is Soham Babiya. I am 21 years old and from gujrat. Me and my group mates booked trek for chandrashila from Indiahikes.On 2nd of Feb. 2026 we reached at saari village. Where we signed a declaration form in which written that if you found drinking alcohol or smoke ,team leader will terminate you from the trek. I came with Jayesh Jakhariya 61 year old , Neem Kumar Maheta 45 and Shyam Ghelani 45 years .
We reached base Camp and one of team mate Neem Kumar Maheta smoked 200 meters far from campus and one of there eye witness saw us together. Me and other groups friends clickes photos out there.
According to them, you see together that means you all four are terminate from the trek.
And they also not provide refund of 3 of us.
My point is clear that if one person smoke there that's not mean that I and other do also. I read for the medical checkup but they refused me and terminate us. If Neem Kumar maheta doing mistake then you haven't provided refund to him.
I stood ungulty my self because I even not touch ciggerate in my life .And they terminated me just because I am with my group mates.
I payed around 15000 for trek and other two Jayesh bhai and Shyam bhai also .So I demand my relevant refund of 3 people except Neemkumar.
