I have purchased shoes on 5th August 2025 from redtape showroom in guna AB road in front of fast track showroom location the shoes at splitting in front of toe side But it is torn piece.but not returned they refused within warranty period of 45 days so please kindly response and I have purchased in case and remain amount pay by phone pay and screen shot is attached in purchase date
