Hi team,
I recently order something from Blinkit as It runs during night time till 1 AM. So we ordered few things. The order was arrived By the Delivery Partner named Dinesh. The place we ordered was our hostel and we are not allowed to step out of our inside main gate of our hostel since it gets locked after 10 pm. Also our hostel has their own school so whenever we add location of our hostel, it picks the location of the school, so this delivery partner named Dinesh went to that side and when I was asking him to come back little bit, he was arguing that If you are not coming to pick the order how will I deliver them I asked that guard of our hostel will pick he still argued that no one was there, even though guard bhaiya checked that there was no one on the gate. Again then other delivery partner named Manoj arrived, he arrived to the IIS UNIVERSITY which is just attached to our hostel's building, when I asked him to please come till here he denied directly and said I will deliver wherever I am asked to. I also said that location sometimes does not get updated, he started to shout at me and became very agressive. he then returned to the blinkit store. now the Blinkit's support team is not giving proper resolutions and Not yet got the refund.
The amount was of rs. 485.
Please help me with this situation.
