I placed order on 8th May. I was given a delivery date of 15th May,
When it was delayed by 1 week, I asked and was told that it will take 15 working days before dispatch,
Then I was told there is an delay and was told to wait another 15 days.
Finally it crossed 40 days and I was told I will be given a refund within 48 hours.
Nothing has happened, I have not been contacted, customer care does not answer. Emails are answers by AI bots. There is no escalation only fake promises.
