I ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5 on 8th January 2026 from flipkart.com for my wife and paid the full amount of 111,045 using a credit card + 50 via coins. The laptop was delivered on 16th January 2026. My wife was out of town that day, and she returned on 20th January 2026. On 20th January 2026, she switched on the laptop for setup, and she observed two problems. First, the laptop showed options for Windows recovery, indicating it had been used previously. Second, the screen showed multiple spots and flares, indicating some issues with the screen. I tried to create a return, but I only found an option for replacement, and I created the replacement. Filpkart told me that a Technician will visit on 22nd January 2026, and then they will decide what to do. But after that, no technician visited, and they canceled my request on 22nd January 2026. I contacted Flipkart customer care, and they said a technician would visit on 24, but they canceled my request again on 23. I contacted them again, and they told me that the technician will visit on the 27th, but canceled the request on the 25th. After calling customer care again, they now say the technician will visit on the 29th. Flipkart rescheduled the visit to 31 again, but to date, no one has visited or contacted us. Flipkart is not providing any resolution to my problem and keeps canceling my request. When contacted via phone, they keep shifting the timeline. Please help me get my money.
