I ordered 4 short Kurtis from a brand known as Chikankari by AFC. I order them in size 46. They shared the details of long Kurtis with out telling me they are long. I was not aware about the length of long Kurtis. I received them but all are of different sizes. I asked them to exchange them with appropriate size or either take them back and send my money. Earlier they agreed for the refund but once when i send the Kurtis back they refused for the refund and said this is not their policy they can only exchange. When i agreed for exchange they said they don’t have bigger sizes in short Kurtis if I want i can take long Kurtis. They don’t tell earlier that if something happen they will not refund. My money went into vain. This whole process took 3 months. I want the refund.
