I am posting this complaint based on my personal business experience with Innovit Tree Solutions and to make other customers/businesses aware of the issue.

In January 2026, our company Contact 360 Marketing Pvt. Ltd. placed an order with Innovit Tree Solutions for 300 rental laptops. Against this order, we paid an advance amount of ₹3,75,000/-.

Unfortunately, despite receiving the advance payment:

The laptops were never provided to us.
The advance amount of ₹3,75,000/- has still not been refunded.
It has now been approximately 8 months, and despite repeated commitments that the payment would be made, the amount remains outstanding.
Calls are frequently not answered and we have faced difficulty getting a proper response.
During this period, two cheques were issued to us towards the repayment, but both cheques were dishonoured/bounced.

We have also taken steps to raise a police complaint regarding this matter. However, the amount is still pending.

The individual we dealt with is Mr. Siddhant, associated with Innovit Tree Solutions and based in Vasai area.

We understand that he is also involved in a tour/travel business, and therefore we request customers and businesses dealing with him or his businesses to exercise appropriate caution and verify all details before making any payment.

Our objective is not to make false allegations, but to bring our genuine business dispute and experience into the public domain and prevent other people from potentially facing a similar situation.
