My experience with W International Holidays has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a membership worth ₹1,50,000 after being informed that I would have access to premium 4-star and 5-star properties, including reputed brands such as Marriott, even during peak travel periods.
However, when I recently requested accommodation for my trip, I was unable to secure the type of premium properties that were presented during the sales process. Instead, I was offered alternative properties that, in my opinion, did not match the quality, brand value, or experience that I expected when making such a significant investment.
As a customer, my concern is simple:
• If premium properties are the main reason for purchasing the membership, they should be reasonably accessible.
• Paying ₹1.5 lakh for a membership only to receive options that can often be booked independently at a fraction of the cost raises serious questions about value for money.
• Customers should carefully evaluate the actual availability of premium hotels before making a purchase decision.
I am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution from the company and hope they address these concerns.
My advice to anyone considering a holiday membership:
Ask for written confirmation of hotel categories.
Verify availability during peak seasons.
Request a list of partner properties before paying.
Read all terms and conditions carefully.
Sharing this so others can make an informed decision before investing their hard-earned money.
Above things had happened many times.
Worst experience.
