Complaint regarding Ditch the Guilt (an online chocolate retailer) contact/tracking issues

I'm filing this complaint against Ditch the Guilt (an online chocolate retailer) for failure to deliver my order and lack of communication regarding the same.

It has been trying to contact to his customer care number as 9004348433 this are also whatsapp no.but is not whatsapp number, yet I have neither received the products nor any shipping or delivery update/tracking. I have also attempted to contact the seller via email/social media, but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution.

I placed an order for chocolates on 5th september 2026 (order number 106458) through the website Ditch the Guilt (Email: ditchtheguiltchocolates@gmail.com).

Despite the payment of Rs.267 being made, the order has not been delivered to date.

I also tried contacting the seller using the contact numbers provided on the website, but the numbers are invalid or do not exist. This has left me with no way to communicate with the seller regarding my order.

I request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter, take strict action against the website and its operators, and ensure that such fraudulent websites and advertisements do not mislead or cheat other consumers.

I also request a refund of the amount paid and any other relief deemed appropriate under the law.

Order #106977 — ₹178. The confirmation says they were preparing it for shipment and specifically states “PREPAID ORDERS SHIP IN 1 DAY.”
Order #107003 — ₹89. It has the same shipping promise and is also still apparently not shipped.
