Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Kailash Choudhary, resident of [Thane], am filing a complaint against Vaishali Securities Ltd operating through the Hope Fund and Fund Flow apps.


I had availed a loan of ₹24000 through their app on [date]. Since then, I have been subjected to harassment, including [calls, threats, misuse of photos, excessive charges, etc.]. This is against the RBI’s fair lending guidelines and consumer rights. And they call me at 7:45 am against the RBI policy, and do not reply to my email

can anyone help


Reliefs sought:


  1. Stop all harassment and abusive recovery practices.
  2. Refund of extra/illegal charges collected.
  3. Compensation for mental harassment.

I'm also facing this issue with vishali security limited hope fund
Now they have an alligation against me that i haven't paid my due till the amount taken on june 2025
 
I repaid my loan through Hope Fund Loan. It was automatically credited to my account again. I have a loan of Rs 4000 in my account, I have to pay Rs 2800 but the amount is Rs 4400. Due to not paying, has been added to my contact list. I have been blackmailed by taking nude photos.

Hope fund/fund loan app are harras me with 9 month I have one loan but today I have 9 loan by autoloan(automatically ) for both app. No any rbi guidline they got loan tenure period only 15 days .I have no money to pay and I am mentally disturbed because I sell my car for repayment loan but loan not completed. In this things one loan app by any link or this both company link I don't now hack my mobile and cyber froud with me and I totally disturbed .when they are more harras me I will go to suicide and family will alone. I don't now what I do
