I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against a paying guest (PG) accommodation operated under the name Nashik PG/Hostel operated by Vivek Khairnar and Family, located at Vivekanand academy, Sambhaji Stadium road near chatrapati, opp SBI Bank, Ashwin Nagar, Nashik. I have faced serious issues during my stay, which have caused me mental stress and fear for my safety.
Below are the key points of my experience:
The management operates the PG in an extremely unprofessional and unethical manner.
Once payment was made, the staff stopped responding to any concerns and refused to provide support for issues faced by residents.
They frequently contacted my emergency contact numbers unnecessarily and used intimidating terms such as “recovery” and “collection,” as though they were from a recovery agency.
At certain times, their behavior became threatening, making me feel unsafe and pressured to vacate the premises.
Communication among their staff is very poor, and tenants have to repeatedly explain issues without any resolution.
Despite raising these matters with the manager (Mr. Akshay Tayde) and the owner (Mr. Vivek Khairnar), no action was taken.
These practices seem to be part of a larger pattern of harassment and exploitation of tenants. I request your assistance in investigating this matter, taking necessary action against the individuals involved, and ensuring no one else faces similar treatment.
I am enclosing any supporting documents and evidence I have, such as payment receipts, messages, and call records, to substantiate my claims.
Requested Action:
Investigate the conduct of the PG management.
Take appropriate legal or consumer protection action based on the findings.
Ensure the safety and rights of current and future tenants.
