Misleading details on Ecommerce website and fake seller (Flipkart)

Hi,

I recently bought a laptop from flipkart which is Lenovo model v14 g3 which was advertised as it comes with windows 11 pro and MS office . but when I received it the computer asked me for activation key for Windows 11 pro and MS office. So I reached out to brand Lenovo and they informed me that they shipped the Laptop without OS to seller and seller only installed OS in it. So I reached out to Flipkart support, they took 2 weeks of time and said they cannot do anything on this. and its past return policy.

If possible for you, can you check the manufacturing details of the laptop, we think that they delivered you a refurbished laptop.

Thank you for your response. Actually I initially communicated with Lenovo and they informed me that they sent the laptop in DOS to seller. and Seller installed Windows 11 pro in it and MS office in the laptop. When I tried contacted flipkart few times and they've been saying they cannot do any thing and I did ask for seller information and they denied to provide. You can refer the confirmation from Brand . Flipkart claims that I installed OS after purchasing it. But It was clear in product description in flipkart that product comes with Pre installed Windows 11 pro.

Additionally, The Brand informed that they didn't sent refurbished. They clearly said they shipped to seller and Seller installed Windows 11 pro. I am really frustrated as Flipkart keep saying that they cannot do anything. And they wasted 2 weeks of my time and the Return window time has passed and I was getting issues everyday in my worklife because of this.
