Problem Details - I have ordered laptop body panels from the xfurbish.com website, but the order was delivered incomplete to me. After that, I cancelled the order and requested to return. But they do not accept my return request and refuse to refund my money.

i have same issue order id #313068 And #311951 was showing Refund-in-Process.. i should have received the amount within 5 days but it's been 20 days i did not receive my amount back.. MR arup please stay in touch with me avijitsikdar345@gmail.com i have raised a complaint in cyber crime online.
 
I have faced the same issue, they are not responding promptly and refund shows on website but not credited yet.
I think we should get together and lodge a legal complaint.
 
I GOT THE REFUND FOR MYORDER #313068 AMOUNT RS 7590/- AFTER 45 DAYS . 2ND ORDER #311951 AMOUNT 5574/- IS STILL PENDING AND ITS BEEN 2.5 MONTHS NOT RECEIVED YET

As you have paid through UPI, Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.

Same happended with me. #343179 was my order id. They haven't refunded and its been 1 month. Whenever i call they say: I have reported to the refund team. Nothing happens after. I have also lodged a complaint in consumer helpline, But they take more time than scammers ig. 45 days for status update... Waiting for that...
