I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding my loan account number 9001010132091572 with AU Finance Ltd.



We, Veer International School Badhra, purchased an Eicher bus bearing registration number HR84-8175 and availed a loan from your bank for the same. Our EMI of Rs. 39,235/- is due on the 10th of every month.



We have been paying our EMIs every month without fail. The details are as follows:

Despite timely payments, these instalments are still showing as pending in my credit report. This is affecting my CIBIL score and is causing unnecessary mental harassment.



I would like to highlight the following facts:

1. Since the beginning, my EMIs were set on auto-debit.

2. My account always has a balance higher than the EMI amount.

3. Whenever the auto-debit fails, I wait and confirm that the amount has not been

deducted, and then make the payment through NEFT.

4. I have even set an alarm/reminder every month to ensure timely payment.

So, the failure in auto-debit is not my fault, and I have fulfilled my responsibility every month.

Please clarify why the payments are not being updated correctly in your system and my CIBIL report. I request you to resolve this immediately to avoid further damage to my credit score.

I wish to inform you that I have never faced such issues with other banks. We have purchased 11 vehicles financed by banks like HDFC, IndusInd, HBD, SHGB, and Chola Finance — without any problems. Only your bank is causing this harassment.



Kindly treat this as urgent and provide me with a written explanation and confirmation of the correction in my CIBIL record at the earliest.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the AU BANK, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and remove your name from the CIBIL records. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
