I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding a refrigerator of Haier Brand I bought from Riddhi Electronics shop no 65, Thakurpur Road Tyagi Market Prem nagar Dehradun Mob No. 9897240659, 9634637318 GSTIN 05AASPW8944R1Z9 on 20-01-2024 model no. HAIER REF HRF 3954PJG-E FOR Rs 52000, which has not been functioning properly despite multiple repair attempts. As my product is under the warranty period so i want to replace my product but the seller is not ready for the replacement. Since the date of purchase, I have been facing several issues with the functioning of the refrigerator. Despite repeated complaints and repair visits by authorized service personnel, the refrigerator continues to malfunction. It has been facing issue of water leakage. They said to replace the product but not replacing it, I have been facing issue from 3 month but still they are not cooperating with my issue ,I have already contacted the customer service department of the company multiple times and have had the fridge repaired many times, but the issue still persists. As the product is well within the warranty period and is not functioning properly even after several repairs, I request a full replacement of the refrigerator at the earliest.

Point 1
but the seller is not ready for the replacement.
For replacement you need to contact the Company "HAIER", not the seller.

Point 2

Do you have all the Complaint numbers ?


Point 3
As the product is well within the warranty period and is not functioning properly even after several repairs, I request a full replacement of the refrigerator at the earliest.
If the product is not working properly even after many repairs and the company is not agree to replace it, you need to file a proper Consumer Case against the Haier in the Consumer Forum.
