Dear Concern,
I Ms. Reshma Borana, would like to bring to your notice about Wonderchef defrauding by not giving a replacement of the product very well within the warranty period.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a Wonderchef Nutri-blend I purchased on December 1, 2024, from a Vijay Sales outlet.
After only two to three months of use, the product began to malfunction, specifically with improper grinding. I registered a complaint in April 2025, and after several follow-ups, the blender jar was replaced.
Now, within a few days of the jar blade replacement, the blender machine is experiencing further issues. I kindly request you take necessary action against Wonder chef and help me in getting either a replacement or refund of the product. I am herewith attaching a the copy of invoice and a video which shows the machine not functioning properly.
