Hello everyone! My name is Deepika and I am a regular customer of Meesho, Amazon and Flipkart who uses to buy everything online due to the shortage of time. I want to share a worst experience I had with Flipkart last few days ago when I tried to return a suit which contained a shirt and a pant palazo which was loose in size as I am skinny so I didnt get proper size of suit and even there was no smaller size available so I tried to return the product as it was not of any use to me so when I made a return request, a person from a delivery company came to collect the product and refused to collect the suit as he said that you are not returning dupatta with it. I said that there was no dupatta with this product but he didnot agree and went back without collecting the product. I made so many calls to customer care and talked to them and they also knew that there was no dupatta in the packet and rescheduled return many times a d assured me that they will update my location to that person who is coming to collect the packet but nothing happend and when last time I called to customer care, he assured me and told me to make a return request from the app itself as after these so many attempts , return was not being made and he told me that after 1 or 2 days there will be option as ' I want to return' when I did this there was a option showing that return policy days ended as I was not at all faulty still I felt insult as when I was returning the product to the person he refused to take it back because of dupatta since there were many of my neighbours were standing in the street might be thinking that I am cheating with flipkart by keeping dupatta and returning the product by making the excuse of size..I felt ashamed as many times as the person came to collect. I also made a resolution again on 12/07/2025 where it was written that they will reach to me in 48 hours but nobody called or contacted to me even till 19/07/2025. The matter was not about the money which I wasted but was about the insult I faced in front of my neighbours and the time I wasted calling to customer care as I told before due to shortage of time I shop online and the matter is about the mistake which I never made. I am attaching files of product details where it is clearly mentioned that no dupatta was included and packet contains kurta and palazo only and product photos is in original conditions as well as call history which I made to customer care. You can clearly see that return policy ended on 10 july but I already started making return request on 7th july.
