Respected Sir,
I purchased a LG make oled TV on 24 March 2019 for Rs 1.42 lacs The same was not giving good services since its installation. Every time its display goes off and company service was removing the fault permanently. Ultimately it became out of finally and LG company demanding heavy repairing charges amounting to Rs 65000 for changig its display unit completely.
This is clear cut deffeciency and malafied trade practices of LG electronics.
I had lodged several complaints in past but they ask me pay the display charges which are beyond my paying capacity.
Company delievered me defective piece and now trying to recover the cost of defective part suppplied to me.
I lodged complaints on 11/12.7.2020,16.12.2020, 30.1.2020, 04.09.2021,20/21.08.2022, 24/25.08.2022, 30/31.08.2022, 116.10.2024 and now on 10.07.2025.
The repeating problem was not being solved permanently thos clearly indicates deffeciency in service and defective trade practices of LG electronics.
This very shameful on the part of such a big company adopting unfair trade practices to run her business.
I request again to advise LG electronics to resolve my problem immediately otherwise aske to refund my had earned money which I invested in LG products after my retirement witj an objecive to pass my retired life trouble free.
