I, Prince Raj, purchased a Motorola A70 Keypad Mobile Dual Sim (Rose Gold) via Amazon India on 13 September 2024, bearing Order ID: 403-3095595-6818729. The product was under 2-year brand warranty as per listing.
Within the warranty period, the phone has stopped working completely. I contacted Amazon Customer Care, and I also have a call recording of their response, where they clearly deny assistance. I also tried to contact Motorola support via email and call, but no resolution was provided.
Despite repeated follow-ups and valid proof of warranty, the product remains non-functional. This shows deficiency in service and negligence by both Amazon and Motorola India.
