Initially, the classes seemed to be progressing well, but over time, I faced persistent issues with logging in and attending classes, including error messages like "no healthy upstream" and constant waiting for the teacher. Despite reaching out to customer support and requesting a refund, you haven't received a satisfactory response, and now, the login button isn't even working.
