Hello it’s been a month since I have purchased a mirror from an online website called Uber decor I purchase this item on June 5. My order number is 1814 and I made a payment of 4818. While checking the order status till today. It is the same order status. I have emailed Uber decor, but I did not get any response. I have continuously contacted them on their WhatsApp customer service number, which leads me to a bot, and once in a while, they reply stating it will be delivered
At this point of time, I feel this is a scam because no one takes so long to deliver a product and also I have seen other customers have raised a complaint, please help me recover my loss amount, thanks.

Lodge a Complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission:
  • Documents: Index, Memo of Parties, Affidavit and Events.

Hey Shreyas, I have the same problem with Uber Decor - I ordered a sofa over a month ago and despite repeatedly following up it has not been dispatched and the founder, Leena Mehta, has stopped responding. Let me know if you reached any resolution with your complaint and how you went about filing it?

The process is very simple, you need create case files and upload on e-jagriti portal.
