I purchased a Robotic Vaccum Cleaner ILIFE S5 of ILIFE company from amazon.in worth Rs.7,900/- (Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Only) on 12.05.2025. After delivery of the product when they started giving me demo I got to know about the product that it is not dual function. So I contacted amazon customer support and the customer care executive told me they cannot help me because it is between you and the seller and I was directed to contact the Ilife customer company IT/customer care department directly. I contacted the seller that i wish to buy the dual function machine not dust one so they assured me that thely will replace the machine with another machine which is worth rs 15,900. Even though I could not afford the machine yet I agreed to buy it because this company does not have a return policy. I returned the rs 7,900/- rs machine to the seller but when it was time to deliver the new machine the seller started asking me to pay 9200/- rs but genuinely I am supposed to pay only 8000 rs/- . I asked them why they are charging me so much for this machine so the seller told me the previous m achine which I returned them is only worth 6,694/- rs rest of the additional amount is for gst which goes to government. I had a heated argument with this seller because why would I pay gst to the government for a product which i have returned so they denied me a new machine. Now, this seller has my 7900/- rs which this seller is not returning me. I neither have the machine nor my money. This seller is stealing for me. I want my money refunded to me with heavy compensation because this seller not only wasted my one and a half month but also made me suffer like anything. I want a concrete solution for this problem.
