I ordered Godrej 2024 model 1.5 Ton 4 Star AC from Flipkart on 21st April 2025 they deliver to me 2 different unit (Indoor Unit 1 Ton 3star or Outdoor unit 1.5 ton 4 star) this delivery is done with open box delivery but that time I am not available on my location then my little brother accept the order but they have no more knowledge regarding this how to accept delivery or what is main point they check. After delivery 26th April 2025 Flipkart technician has come out house for installation process they also tell me it's different units so they cannot install this product he also registered replacement request on his company Flipkart. Now Flipkart are not solving my issue or not replace my product. Please help me regarding this issue. They are mentally harrassing me, please help me to replace my product.
