On 15 July 2026 at approximately 12:35 AM, I placed an order under your promotional offer for 3 Designer T-Shirts for ₹999. The payment of ₹999 was successfully deducted from my credit card through Razorpay. However, after the payment was completed, no order was generated in my account, and I did not receive any order confirmation, order ID, email, or SMS.

• Payment Method: Credit Card ending with 6500

I had a similar experience, the order was placed on 19Jul2026, with no update for over 10 days, inspite of multiple followups. Finally without any intimation, the amount was refunded to the wallet and not to the original payment mode.
The order was cancelled without a reason and every item that was originally ordered is now out of stock in the catalogue. What do I do with the amount in the wallet? Why doesn't Kwabey like every other online store credit the amount in the original payment mode?
This is so disappointing and frustrating.

well brother your money got refunded right but i didn't got any reply from company or money so i initiated a dispute with my bank and so they are helping me.

Ipurchased a LUMINOUS Eco Volt 1650 Pure Sine Wave Inverter with 2-Year Warranty from Flipkart. Unfortunately, the product was delivered to me in damaged/defective condition.
I have already faced considerable inconvenience due to this damaged product and the delay in resolving the issue. I request Flipkart to take immediate action and arrange the return and full refund of my payment.
Please do not delay the resolution further. Kindly arrange the pickup of the damaged product and process my refund at the earliest.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance forum.

Please treat this complaint as urgent and confirm the refund/return action immediately.
