I had placed an order for 3 Indian Cricket Team jerseys in Amazon. It was to wear on the matchday at the stadium. It was about to arrive two days before the match. So, I believed that they would timely give the product.
But, it suddenly delayed the delivery date on the original day of delivery, and the next day, the amount was refunded to me. We trusted them and didn’t order the same jersey from any other source.
So, we had to attend the match without the Indian team jersey. Our team members complained us for not wearing the jersey. When we sent the complaint as feedback to Amazon, they mentioned that, the seller has done no default in selling the product, but the Amazon has failed in delivering the product.
We want extra damage charges for the mistake caused by Amazon shopping.
